Spoke is supporting and connecting a community beneath the Atlanta skyline.

Spoke, a reference to the connective qualities of this location at the entry of an Intown MARTA station, was the initial residential component of this mixed-use redevelopment master-planned campus. Building on 15 years of development experience in the neighborhood by the principals, Columbia Ventures, in partnership with the MARTA transit authority and Invest Atlanta, the city’s development authority welcomed residents and visitors in early 2018 to an exciting mix of neighborhood placemaking.

The first Transit-Oriented Development, or TOD, with MARTA in the modern era, this highly amenitized 224-unit market-rate multifamily building features contemporary architecture with dramatic views of the Atlanta skyline. To the east, the development also overlooks a new urban plaza and green space anchored by a new Perkins + Will designed headquarters for leading Atlanta youth development organization, Moving In The Spirit. This headquarters includes a 140 seat performing arts center.

Completing the master-planned campus is outdoor and indoor dining at the center of the plaza with a two-story commercial and retail building along with Quill, and a new 208-unit market-rate multifamily building and adjacent parking deck that will be delivered in Q1 of 2022.
