Elevate at Aurora is a mixed-use development that cross pollinates affordable housing, best-in-class career development for high needs families and meaningful community engagement. The development will offer families high quality, affordable housing within an on-premises ecosystem designed to foster personal and economic growth. Columbia Ventures will develop the 5-acre property located at 1671 Altura, Blvd. in Aurora, CO, using 4% Low Income Housing (federal) and Affordable Housing (state) Tax Credits, into 137 affordable housing units and a 15,250 square foot Community Service Facility.

Elevate at Aurora‚Äôs unique synergistic approach will create opportunities for economic growth for residents and program participants. Affordable rents will decrease the economic strain of being rent over-burdened and CrossPurpose will offer growth pathways through leadership, entrepreneurship, and career development programs. The net effect of the project’s upward mobility model will not only benefit residents and participants, but Aurora and local business too, given that each resident and participant will see an increase in spending power, contributing to a more stable economic environment.
