Columbia Ventures will develop the 5-acre property located at 1671 Altura, Blvd. in Aurora, CO, using 4% Low Income Housing (federal) and Affordable Housing (state) Tax Credits, into 137 affordable housing units and a 15,250 square foot Community Service Facility.
