678 Edgewood sits on the last remaining undeveloped site on the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the most well-located boutique multifamily-over-retail development in intown Atlanta. With breathtaking city views in nearly 360 degrees, this development will feature 114 apartments and roughly 12,000 sqft of retail and commercial space that fronts the BeltLine. It will be the pure definition of Atlanta intown living with access to work, play, entertainment, and dining within a short stroll. The highest level of amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog wash and grooming area, 360 degree rooftop deck, indoor sky lounge, library, and flexible spaces for anything from a work conference to a dinner party.
