Asheville’s Pour Taproom planned along Atlanta Beltline

“A craft beer concept from Asheville, N.C., is planning its first location in Atlanta, picking a prime spot along the Beltline in Old Fourth Ward.

Pour Taproom is eyeing a location along the Eastside Trail, according to a permit just filed in Atlanta. It would be part of Studioplex Alley, a new retail project along the trail that includes tenants such as The James Room and Hawkers Asian Street Fare. …”

Casey Foundation, a philanthropic organization that aims to better the lives of American children, alongside partners Core Ventures and Columbia Ventures, a company with local expertise in affordable housing. The site is several blocks east of the Atlanta Beltline’s Westside Trail; even more crucially, its southern border will one day be the Southside Trail, which engineers indicate will swoop down to Pittsburgh Yards’s back porch, so to speak, leaving an elevated former railroad for future transit. …”
