A mother-daughter team with deep Eastside roots is bringing its farm-to-table take on Gullah Geechee foodways to one of the neighborhood’s biggest redevelopment projects.
Chef Andrea Bryant-Smith and farmer Ashantae Green will launch The NYAM Club at Union Terminal Warehouse on Aug. 29 with an intimate, five-course dinner built around seasonal crops harvested from their family’s Green Legacy Farm.
